Ingredients

  1. 3 tablespoons grade A maple syrup
  2. 2 teaspoons light brown sugar
  3. 9 slices thick-cut bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with tin foil.
  2. Stir together the maple syrup and brown sugar in a small bowl. Arrange the bacon in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a slight gap between each slice. With a pastry brush, coat the bacon with the maple syrup mixture.
  3. Bake until the bacon is crispy and the sugar is caramelized, about 25 minutes. Cool slightly, then carefully loosen the bacon from the foil while still warm. Serve with Tiffani’s Spicy Bloody Mary.
