Ingredients

  1. 1 avocado, cut in half, each half sliced into fourths
  2. 8 slices prosciutto
  3. 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  4. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  5. Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wrap each avocado slice with a slice of prosciutto. Sprinkle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and serve.
