Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- Juice of 1 to 2 limes, plus more if needed
- 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
- 1 clove garlic, smashed and finely chopped
- 1 plum tomato, seeds removed, finely diced
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons sambal oelek
- Kosher salt
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
- Mix the avocados, lime juice, red onion, garlic, tomato, cilantro and sambal oelek in a bowl, lightly mashing.
- Taste for seasoning and adjust with salt and additional lime juice, if needed. Serve with tortilla chips.
