Ingredients

  1. 10 cups sprouted organic mung beans
  2. 1 bunch organically grown cilantro, leaves only
  3. 1/2 cup organic lemon juice
  4. 1/2 cup organic olive oil
  5. 1 tablespoon muchi curry
  6. Pinch organic cayenne pepper
  7. 2 1/2 tablespoons organic raw soy sauce
  8. 1 tablespoon minced organic garlic
  9. 1 tablespoon organic stone-ground mustard

Instructions

  1. Toss all of the ingredients together in a large serving bowl. Serve immediately.
