Made this recipe while camping. Great sauce but too many rice noodles for my taste. I also added some cabbage, sliced almonds, water chestnuts and bean sprouts. Fun base to mix it up on.
Everyone loved this at our picnic! I added some fresh cubed mango topped with more chopped peanuts on top of the salad! Yummy!
Such fresh and bright flavors. It was really nice not having to heat up the kitchen to make it! It fills you up and is so satisfying.
This sauce is delish! I did not have mint, so look forward to including that next time. Thanks Katie!
We very much enjoyed the flavors but found it is not good leftover. The acid in the dressing broke down the chicken and gave it an unpleasant texture. The noodles and vegetables were fantastic leftover.
Wonderful balance of flavors!! My family loved it!
Delicious! I agree, recipe can be played with to suit tastes. I would add more vegetables.
Will definitely make again.
Will definitely make again.
I didn’t quite double the sauce but pretty close. Feel like this is a recipe where you can play with the ingredients to adjust for your taste. Drizzled with Sriatcha at the end. Very, very good. Easy tasty summer meal. Good way to use left over chicken.
Loved it. Very tasty and refreshing.
