I found ginger preserves in a regular retail/grocery store (Meijer’s). It was in the “world foods” aisle in the section featuring foods from the UK. Hope this helps. . .

This looked great on the show but I found it impossible to find the ingredients. I have not found a store that has Ginger preserves or the seasoning.
