Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon powdered chicken seasoning
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground white pepper
- Oil, for frying
- 1 cooked Peking duck neck, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Instructions
- Mix together garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, salt, chicken seasoning, sugar and white pepper, then reserve.
- Heat oil in a deep-fryer. Fry duck neck pieces until crispy and drain. Sprinkle with spice mix and serve.
