Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups coconut water
- 2 tablespoons food-grade aloe vera gel or juice
- 1 medium cucumber, seeded and diced
- 1/2 apple, peeled, cored and diced
Instructions
- Add the coconut water, aloe vera, cucumbers and apples to the carafe of a blender and puree until smooth. Strain if desired. Serve immediately over ice.
