Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider
- 1 tablespoon oats
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 2 teaspoons butter
Instructions
- Hollow out a hole in the top of the apple using a paring knife or corer. Mix together the brown sugar, apple cider, oats, raisins and butter and stuff the mixture inside the apple. Wrap in tin foil and cook in the campfire embers for approximately 12 minutes.

Reviews
This is a great way, to get that especially comfort food that we all love so much in the fall, and, to have it anytime. I would also add pumpkin spice and perhaps a little rum for that warm feeling.
