I made this for a holiday cocktail party. I had intended on serving a warm beverage but it was 75 degrees out! This was perfect. Very refreshing.

An excellent cocktail. We used Captain Morgan’s spiced rum and topped with a bit of soda for fizz. And a cinnamon stick!

Nice & smooth for an evening with friends

I made this last year and this year people are already asking if I’m gonna make it again. I used the big jugs of apple cider from Sprouts. I used fireball as the cinnamon schnapps. And Kraken as the spiced rum.

Followed recipe. Flavors did not pair nicely; the taste was too overwhelmed with cinnamon flavor. I would recommend redoing the portions.

Complete hit at our Thanksgiving dinner party. We doubled the recipe and still had to make more! We did opt to punch it up with a touch more rum/schnapps (equal parts) though it was great exactly as recipe as well! We plan to make this a holiday tradition.
