Watermelon-Feta Skewers

This is a quirky take on watermelon and a terrific fruit snack during the summer when it’s hot outside. incredibly quick to prepare and refreshing. Excellent for unexpected visitors.

Ingredients

  1. 1 (8 ounce) package feta cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  2. 1 watermelon, cut into bite-sized cubes
  3. 1 box toothpicks
  4. 5 sprigs fresh mint, chopped

Instructions

  1. Set 1 feta cheese cube on top of a watermelon cube and secure with a toothpick. Repeat with remaining feta and watermelon. Sprinkle with mint.
