Ingredients

  1. 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  2. ½ cup mayonnaise
  3. ½ teaspoon curry powder
  4. ½ pound small cooked shrimp
  5. 4 green onions, chopped
  6. 2 hard-cooked eggs, grated
  7. salt to taste
  8. 1 pinch paprika, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and curry powder until light and fluffy. Spread onto a serving plate. Arrange shrimp over the top, then sprinkle with green onions, grated egg, salt and paprika in that order. Chill for 1 hour before serving.

Just great and quick! Made it for the playoffs and already have requests to make it again for the Super Bowl. I may try it with a change in seasoning… using some Cajun style spices should still work and be more appropriate with the Saints playing!
