While attempting to use up some leftover pie pumpkin, I came across this gnocchi recipe. Other squashes may probably yield comparable outcomes, I’m sure.

I made the recipe just as printed. It’s great & addictive. Yum. Now I know where my VFW got the recipe. They serve it as munchies during a game we play every Wednesday. Thank you.
LOVE this recipe! They are always the rage at the parties we go to and I am always asked for the recipe!
This is one of those recipes that drive me crazy. I thought I’d make these for a snack when people came over for Thanksgiving. They’re fantastic. The issue that I have is that they are so good that here I am in the kitchen making them again for only my wife and I. I have a feeling that I’ll be making them again very soon. I advise anyone making these make them according to the recipe. Make sure to add the lemon pepper and garlic powder! Don’t have lemon pepper? Lemon pepper is one of those I don’t buy. I grind up fresh pepper then add fresh lemon zest. Much better that way and cheaper too.
I used Hidden Valley Chive & Onion mix instead of Ranch, I also made the mistake of using garlic salt instead of just plain garlic powder – they were very salty, but otherwise turned out good. Tasty!
This recipe is easy to make and is always a great snack.
These crackers are amazing!
I didn’t have any lemon pepper on hand so I made them without it, and they turned out just fine!!!! ??
love it, i skipped the lemon pepper
yummy!
I frequently add taco seasoning to taste as an addition to this recipe, it’s a game changer!
This recipe is great! I use it as a base, and add more of the seasonings, including all of the optional ones. I really like salt, so I use garlic salt instead of powder. Such a good snack!
my granny made a recipe similar to this and also made seasoned pretzels. She always used Orville Redinbockers popcorn butter oil stuff in place of other oils. Either way, Nom Nom.
So simple and delicious. Have made several times.
Easy to make. They taste good, although maybe a little salty.
I made this, but might have done something wrong. The mixture clumped on the cracker, some crackers had a lot and some had none. The flavor was great but if you got one of the ones with a big clump on it, it was overwhelming.
Have Loved this I was a child. My kids love it & even love it a little more when I throw in some red pepper flakes. So YUM
These came out very good, but I think it could’ve had more ranch flavor. Every persons tastes are different, so I just need to add more ranch powder next time. Thanks for the recipe!
Always my favorite for parties! Kids love them too!
My mother-in-law made these as an appetizer at Christmas. They are addicting! I think I ate half the batch!
My dear departed neighbor lady turned me on to these years ago. However, she (and now I) do it a little differently. Instead of oil, use spray butter and spritz the tops. Don’t skimp on the dressing. A touch of sea salt and garlic sprinkled on top is all that’s needed. No need to stir them when in the oven. I found some crushed red pepper flavored oyster crackers at Kroger earlier in the week, and thay make a wonderful addition to the plain ones with just ranch dressing. Mix erm 50/50 with the plain ones, and you’ll be impressed/
Simple and good!
