In essence, this is eggs on top of cheese on top of cheese on top of eggs, creating a delectable mixture of eggs, cheese, and flour. Add a small can of diced jalapenos or chilies to the mixture for a little added heat. Add sour cream, salsa, and green taco sauce before serving.

I used the green fruit roll-ups and they worked great. They are apple flavored and will go well with the honey mustard dip for the brooms. Thanks for a great recipe, I am taking them to my Physical Therapy office Friday the 28th.
Super easy and my kid loved it! definitely carve out the center so your stick has a place to go, otherwise it breaks the cheese.
These were so easy to make! I used sliced to fit green fruit roll ups instead of chives or spinach. They stick together pretty well when I overlapped them a little. I will definitely make theses again.
I made them for Halloween treats and turned out really well. thank you
I like it
I made these for my grandkids. They really liked it. I left off the spinach as some of my grandkids would not have eaten it with green on it, but it was a hit anyway.
Went with chives too – these were a hit!
These were really cute and tasty. A big hit at a party. I followed the suggestion to use chives to tie the broom and they worked well. I will make it for my next Halloween party.
These were so good, I used green onion strips instead of spinach. I served them with a hot and spicy honey mustard dip! They were a huge hit at our work Halloween party!
Super cute and one that would be perfect for a Halloween party. I found that the spinach tore too easily and ended up using chives instead. They worked nicely and gave the cheese and pretzel combo an extra pop in flavor. It is March so this was just a trail run but I will be making these for office parties come October!
