This is a simple and delectable appetizer or dip. Most of my visitors will like it, I guarantee. For a spicier flavor, you can add cayenne or Tapatio® hot sauce.

This is a great basic recipe that you can play with if you’d like. The flavors here though are clean. You can add other ingredients, such as clam juice, ketchup (so I’ve been told), cucumber. But this is a great one that is easily made. I can make it even while I am at work…yup, that easy. I like to serve it with lettuce on the side. Also great on tortilla chips or tostadas.
Great recipe! I like to marinate it for thirty minutes in the fridge and eat it on tostadas.
Definitely for those on a budget dish but not bad for first timers cevichens and those afraid of the “raw fish.”
