The majority of Italian foods go well with this garlicky parmesan bread. I developed the recipe on my own. If necessary, it can be doubled.

Followed recipe measurements. Added a little extra parmesan on the top. Cooked it for 12 minutes and is was great! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. My new go to recipe!!
Okay this was awesome. Both me and my sister loved it!! I did make a few changes, other than cutting the recipe in half. We didn’t have basil or rosemary so I just used Italian spice instead and a bit more Parmesan. I also left them in the oven for a bit longer to make them crispy. Ps: they don’t have to be golden brown!!
Too much garlic salt. Rosemary was overpowering.
Very yummy
Very tasty. Should have made 2 loaves. 1 was not near enough for 5. Making 2 today.
This was a huge hit at the pasta party. I took another reviewer’s advice and did 3/4 tsp garlic powder and 1/2 tsp garlic salt. Also I put the 2 halves back together and baked it as my family likes the crispy outside but soft inside
Made it just as the recipe described. I didn’t feel it was getting brown enough, so I put it under the broiler for about 90 seconds. It was a bit salty, but otherwise really good.
its ok i guess, i think that it’d be better if there was more garlic powder and also put garlic as a garnish for more flavor!
THIS BREAD WAS AN EXCELLENT ADDITION TO MY DINNER INSTEAD OF THE HERBS, I ADDED 1 TBL OF ITALIAN SEASONING, 1 TBL OF OLIVE OIL, AND 2 TBL OF PARMASAN CHEESE AND THE FOLLED THE REST OF THE RECIPIE. WILL SEND PHOTO WHEN I MAKE IT NEXT TIME.
I substituted olive oil for the butter because my girl friend cannot have butter. I also added some minced garlic. I made the mixture and refrigerated it. It coagulated and spread like butter on the bread. The bread was delicious.
Amazing flavors. Wouldn’t change a thing about this recipe. Lots of compliments from my customers.
This garlic bread was dynamite! Thanks for posting!
You’ve out done yourself this time!!! So says my wife..
I love it, so easy to prepare!!
I used challah instead and it came out great!
I made this tonight like the recipe except that I did 1/4 t instead of where you were supposed to do an 1/8 t and I did 1t of garlic with parsley and a 1/4t of garlic salt. After that I put a 5 cheese Italian blend and cook the bread at 375 for 10 minuets. Everyone loved it and it got devoured quickly! Thanks for the recipe!
I’ve made this exactly as directed and it’s great. If you like to make garlic bread with softened butter on hot dog buns, then that’s great too, and you should add your recipe instead of rewriting somebody else’s in a comment.
This was very good, I doubled the garlic powder and omitted the garlic salt. It makes a lot and I had some leftover so the next night I melted it on top of some little boiled potatoes. Delicious!
Fantastic, it is a family favorite!
Best Garlic bread I have tried so far. Family had me make it again the next night!
I used the Italian herbs mix instead of the basil etc.
