Mr. Peter Wilson MD
I have never made chicken wings before trying this recipe, and it was a big success! The only change I made was to cook them for fifteen minutes longer, as they were pretty crowded on the pan.

I made these the day of “The Big Game.” Absolutely loved them. I had to cut the recipe way down for only a couple pounds of wings. They came out beautifully browned and delicious. However, instead of prepared Parm I used Parmigiano-Reggiano that I grated myself.

After breading the wings, I refrigerated the cookie sheet for 15 minutes, then dipped in more melted butter with some Buffalo wing sauce, dredged in the crumb mixture again, refrigerated for another 15 minutes and then baked. Super crispy on the outside, moist and tender on the inside.

Didn’t turn out well. No taste, breadcrumbs and other seasoning fell off of wings. Was looking forward to a good tasting surprise but got a bland tasing dish that I simply added bbq sauce to so the wings weren’t a complete waste. I wouldn’t recommend this recipe.

Great wings! My family loved them.

I added Franks Hot sauce to butter and kicked up the spices. I also sprayed the wings and then added more coating while they were in the pan before cooking.

My family loved it!! I added a couple of things. I coated the wings with yellow mustard and refrigerated them overnight. I, also, added smoke paprika and my goodness, it was amazing, according to my family. Making it again, tomorrow.
