Quick & easy, gluten-free, and keto. Perfect snack for game day! You can adjust the recipe to your tastes, but I prefer it with spicy sausage for a little kick. Serve without honey mustard or with it.

Oh my. Just what the doctor ordered. These are fabulous. You can adjust the spices around but overall, definitely will be making these again. Thank you!
I make these all year. Pop them on parchment paper then remove to paper towels to drain right after they come out of the oven. They even reheat well.
I made these as an appetizer for the Friday after Thanksgiving. They go perfect with football on the TV and your favorite beverage. I followed the recipe closely except I used a clove of garlic instead of garlic powder and I omitted the salt due to all the cheeses. I followed others suggestions about putting them on a wire rack when cooking, but my meatballs didn’t produce much grease and they did hold their pretty shapes. I believe the choice of sausage used is responsible for whether they behave or not. I don’t cook with sausage often, so it was mostly luck that led me to use Jimmy Dean’s Hot pork sausage. My family loved the kick of spice and the meatballs were picture-perfect.
Too salty for me! Would be great without the salt added though since pork is naturally salty.
Easy to make. Great size for kids. Our 27 month old girl helped make balls, being expert with play dough.
These were AMAZING! Read the reviews and made sure to cook on a rack to drain grease. Reviews are right these aren’t the prettiest.. than CAN be greasy.. but oh my they are so good
Made them once and everyone at the family gathering wanted their own batch! I have made them so many times now and they are gone so fast. Delicious, they have never fallen apart on me and they have not been greasy when you bake them on a rack.
Extremely yummy. Lots of flavor
Everyone who gave this recipe a bad review clearly is not making them correctly!! They were delicious! I added some SF syrup on mine and yummmmm! They were not greasy at all. They did fall apart a little but who cares, I cut them up anyways to eat them. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quick and easy dinner!
I made these for a get together with friends! They loved them! The only thing I did differently was adding onion powder. It was an accident! Thought I had grabbed the garlic powder. They were delish!! Marking them again!
I made them using mild and hot sausage and oh my goodness they are so good
They were pretty greasy (even for sausage balls) but a few more paper towels solved that. Did not fall apart on me. Will make again if I don’t have Bisquick which was the main reason I went with this recipe.
I never should have made these for my husband because he’s addicted. Super easy to make, super tasty to eat!
They were very greasy and were lacking in flavor. They weren’t horrible but definitely not the star of the show.
Added Italian Seasoning & red pepper flakes, then rolled them in Italian bread crumbs ( not keto) before baking… disappeared off the table! Double/triple next time.
Oh my word! These are so good! The last Keto sausage cheese ball recipe I tried had almond or coconut flour in them which seemed to leave them tasting a little bland. These are anything but! Will definitely add these to the recipe rotation!
These were easy and quick. Would make a great appetizer. I used Italian pork sausage and they had a tiny kick. Will make them again.
Followed recipe exactly they came out perfect. Not greasy at all and held the shape. They were delicious, will definitely be making again. I did make ahead and refrigerated them for a couple of hours before baking them on a rack over cookie sheet lined with foil.
Tasty but an oily mess…next time I’ll try higher oven temp and maybe a wired tray over cookie sheet
Very easy to make, super delicious. Follow the recipe to the teeth and because I use a rack the grease drained and they were not oilly or grease at all. I can taste the cheese, and loving it. It can easily be use as a main dish or appetizer. I recommend this recipe.
Perfect. The hard part is not eating the whole thing!
