Keto Air Fryer Jalapeño Poppers

  4.6 – 9 reviews  • Jalapeno Popper Recipes

In only ten minutes, these three-ingredient, low-carb air fryer jalapeo poppers with bacon wrapping will be ready.

Prep Time: 15 mins
Cook Time: 10 mins
Total Time: 25 mins
Servings: 6
Yield: 12 jalapeño poppers

Ingredients

  1. 6 jalapeño peppers, halved and seeded
  2. 7 ½ ounces cold garden vegetable cream cheese (such as Philadelphia)
  3. 6 bacon strips, halved lengthwise

Instructions

  1. Preheat an air fryer to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Fill each jalapeño half with cream cheese and wrap with a halved bacon strip. Tuck in bacon ends or use toothpicks to secure.
  3. Place jalapeño poppers inside the air fryer basket, working in batches to avoid overcrowding if necessary.
  4. Cook in the preheated air fryer until bacon is done to your liking, 10 to 12 minutes. Keep poppers warm in an oven on the lowest setting while air-frying the remaining poppers.
  5. Keep cream cheese refrigerated until ready to use. Try different flavors for variety!
  6. Thick-cut bacon does not work well, so use regular bacon. Halving the bacon lengthwise makes it easier to wrap around the peppers.

All my cheese ran out while baking them!

The recipe is great, but 10 minutes is too long in the air fryer. I would check them at 8 minutes and go from there.

Great recipe, fast and easy. I didn’t have veggie cream cheese so used herb and garlic. Also added a bit of shredded cheese to the mix. Hubby and I thought they were very tasty! Used the peppers I had picked from my garden

These are so simple, and so absolutely delicious! I did 390 degrees at 12 minutes, and it was perfect.

I followed the recipe exactly and these turned out delicious. I never would have believed I could make something like this. It was super easy. I wore plastic disposable gloves while working with the jalapeños. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

I did use thick bacon. I cooked them at 370 for 15 minutes. Turned out great, with crispy bacon.

Did not change a single thing, and they were the best poppers we have ever had. Other recipes will have you cook bacon first, crumble and then mix in cream cheese mixture….. I will never do that again. So much more flavorful this way. Perfect, we loved them!

Brother and I just made these and got to say they were great! Definitely a great snack to make!

I went out and bought a new air fryer just to make this. Absotively posolutely scrumptious. I bought 4 peppers and made them. I also made some bacon wrapped tater tots to munch with the peppers. I used ranch and honey mustard dips. YUMMY! Next time I will make more of each to share.
