Ingredients
- 12 fresh chicken wing drumettes
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
Instructions
- Preheat an air fryer to 360 degrees F (182 degrees C).
- Place chicken wings in a bowl and sprinkle with salt and garlic powder, tossing to coat.
- Place wings in the air fryer basket. Set timer for 25 minutes and cook wings, shaking basket every 7 to 8 minutes. When timer ends, turn air fryer off and let wings stand in the basket for 5 minutes more.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk honey, rice vinegar, and sriracha sauce into butter and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer sauce over medium-low heat for 8 to 10 minutes, whisking occasionally. Turn off heat and set aside; sauce will thicken as it cools.
- Toss cooked wings and sauce together in a bowl. Reserve extra sauce to serve alongside wings.

I made it just like you said but they were for my son and he likes things spicy so I scored a serano pepper and threw it in the sauce while it cooked. Soooo good! Thanks for the recipe it’s a keeper!
Made these for Superbowl 2023. Didn’t change a thing. My husband said he now has a favorite meal!
it was a very good recipe
This is recipe for people who want sweet not very hot. I put much much more hot sauce and only a T of honey, Really tuned out good
These were really good! Perfect sweet and spicy.
Loved the sauce for these wings!!! This was our first time using an air fryer for wings. They looked crispy but the skin was still rubbery. I won’t be using the air fryer for wings anymore.
Loved this recipe. Sprayed frozen wings with olive oil, cooked for 10 minutes at 380, turned them, sprayed again and cooked for another 10 minutes. Crispy and awesome sauce.
Loved it
This was delicious as is. I seasoned the chicken wings and let them set for approximately 15 minutes, then proceeded with air frying. I doubled the honey sriracha sauce since I doubled the amount of wings.
Easy and delicious. Thank you very much!
