Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise and garlic in a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl.
- Add olive oil, dill, lemon juice, and pepper; whisk rapidly until thickened, about 5 minutes.
- This is a shortcut. For a legit aioli you start with egg yolks and olive oil and whisk it together, but that’s just mayo, so I save time and just use mayo.
