Curried Microwave Popcorn

This Parmesan-fried zucchini is fantastic when prepared in advance and served at room temperature, but it is also delicious when served hot. Use Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, and fresh zucchini to create a delicious appetizer.

Ingredients

  1. ¼ cup unpopped popcorn
  2. brown paper bag
  3. ½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
  4. ½ teaspoon curry powder, or more to taste

Instructions

  1. Pour popcorn into the paper bag; fold top over several times to seal.
  2. Heat in microwave until popping slows, about 2 minutes. Season popcorn with salt and curry powder; close bag and shake to evenly coat.

Wow! This is really good and quick to make!

Good except I left off curry and put a TBSP butter in the bag. Cooked for 3 minutes until it stopped popping. Hint: it’s better to not put butter in bag and simply put on a few sprays of Spray butter afterwards.
