Ingredients

- ½ cup canned black beans, rinsed
- ¼ teaspoon dried parsley, plus more for sprinkling

- ⅛ teaspoon chili powder
- ⅛ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
Instructions
