Ingredients

  1. 1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  2. ½ cup reduced-fat shredded Cheddar cheese
  3. ½ cup canned black beans, rinsed
  4. ¼ teaspoon dried parsley, plus more for sprinkling
  5. ¼ teaspoon ground paprika
  6. ⅛ teaspoon chili powder
  7. ⅛ teaspoon onion powder
  8. 1 pinch garlic powder
  9. 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
  10. 1 pinch ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine sour cream, Cheddar cheese, black beans, 1/4 teaspoon parsley, paprika, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper flakes, and pepper in a bowl; gently fold together so black beans aren’t crushed. Sprinkle with more parsley, if desired.
