Cream Cheese and Smoked Beef

I was first introduced to Espelette pepper powder by my closest French friend Cecile, and I can’t get enough of it. It is a red pepper powder from the Espelette commune in France that is flavorful and somewhat spicy. Espelette pepper, shrimp, and feta are combined in this pasta meal, and all three components complement one another perfectly. The name of this meal is “Cecile’s Pasta,” or Les Pates de Cecile. You can top each serving with a little extra feta crumbled on top and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil for flavor and presentation.

I chose to use a thicker cut smoked beef and this turned out pretty good. I do however think mayo would be better than miracle whip but that is just my opinion. It was quick and easy and there were no leftovers so that is always a good sign.
