Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) jar salsa
- 1 cup chopped sweet onion
- 1 cup cubed Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup chopped green bell pepper
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning
Instructions
- Mix black beans, salsa, onion, Cheddar cheese, bell pepper, cilantro, tomato, jalapeno, and taco seasoning together in a medium bowl. Serve immediately.
- You can use 1 chopped avocado in place of the Cheddar cheese. The jalapeno and cilantro are optional.
