I made these for dessert on Mother’s Day. They were almost better than the meal.

I’ve made this a few times and it’s always a hit. If you buy large strawberries you can put a blueberry in it before you add the cream cheese filling for red white and blue. Your welcome lol

Wonderfully delicious Out of this world delicious

These are so tasty and easy to make! You can also make as many as needed and then make more later. Keep the bag of filling in the fridge and, when wanting to make more, let it soften on the counter.

They are so yummy they don’t last long once you put them out. They were a big hit.

I doubled the recipe for 7 people, and I should have at least tripled it because they couldn’t get enough. Had a lot of cheesecake left over, so I will probably get twice as many strawberries next time. As I piped the cheesecake into the strawberries, my family kept eating them. Half my platter was gone before I even officially “served” them. That was a week ago, and they’re still talking about how unbelievably good these were. Did not add graham crumbs, but I will do that and maybe drizzle chocolate on half of them next time.

Doubled the recipe- I added a little more vanilla extract and some strawberry cake crumble on top instead of graham crackers. Great (somewhat healthy) treat lol.

I love this recipe! I added some semi-sweet chocolate drizzle on top! Amazing!

Screw the strawberries, I was eating the filling with a spoon haha! I only used 1/3 cup of powdered sugar and a tad bit more vanilla. Delicious.

This is amazing however I did add more powder sugar to make it a little more sweeter because the strawberries were a little bitter. I dipped them in chocolate and topped with Graham crackers and put a blueberry on top! Finger linking good ??

Wife loved these on Mother’s Day!

I really enjoyed this recipe! It is a great quick treat for my sweet tooth. I ended up halving the filling (sugar, vanilla extract, and cream cheese) and it filled the whole lbs. of strawberries. Food for thought – if you don’t have a pastry bag, use a Ziplock bag to pipe filling into the strawberries. Just snip off a corner.

Absolutely everyone loves these. My husband calls them “Strawberry crack”. I’ve made them several times and will continue to make them!

Absolutely delicious. Pretty easy to make and a big hit with everyone. I followed the recipe exactly with no changes and I wouldn’t change anything.

These are simple and delicious. Instead of regular graham cracker crumbs I use chocolate graham crackers and break them into small pieces then I stick them in prior to o serving. Yummy!!!

I added more vanilla and confectioners sugar. I also used whipped cream cheese which saves so much time.
Jeffrey Thomas
I didn’t use graham crackers because I’m not a fan of them. But they’ve been a hit at church dinners! Never have any left to bring back home.

Yum! This is tasty summer treat, perfect for Independence Day! I made mine without graham cracker crumbs and dipped half my batch into a dish of mini chocolate chips.
Anthony Odonnell
Yummy made them but added 1/4 cup whipping cream. Sprinkled shaved chocolate on top

I loved the creamy taste of the sweet cream against the tart strawberry that was a good collaboration. And the crumbs added a nice crunch to the fruit not too crunchy but not too soft.
