I use this recipe often. I add a little Cayenne pepper, cinnamon, and a little cardamom. I love it over salads. I do cook it a little longer and a little higher temperature. Absolutely delicious.

I made this recipe after reading all of the reviews. Firstly, it turned out wonderful! They are absolutely delicious! However, I did double the amount of sugar, and I added in total a teaspoon of cinnamon. Also, I upped my oven temperature to 300, and baked them a total of 20 minutes. I baked them for the first 10 minutes?, stirred them and added the second portion of cinnamon and brown sugar, and baked them for another 10 minutes. Fantastic!

These came out great! The only change I made was using parchment paper instead of wax paper because it was what I had. I cooked them closer to 20 minutes. Glad to hear from one of the reviewers that I can store them for the next few days in a ziploc bag.

I’ve used this receipt for years! Add the 1/2 tsp of cinnamon to make them even better

Less pecans, more vanilla, used aliminium foil. Was great!

This was very easy and I added cinnamon to it. They came out wonderful.

Very easy. I instead roasted them for an hour on 250 degrees. Added a nice amount of cinnamon. Used Parchment paper instead of wax (always). A nice versatile recipe and it’s great on its own or as an additive to other recipes. Can use on Salads, basically any dessert, and more if you’re creative. Thanks.

tasted great, needs to be just a little more sweeter

Put them in the Cotton Patch Strawberry salad. Very good. One friend could not stop eating them.

I make these several times a year and these are my comments/changes. I double the coating. Make sure the egg white peaks are stiff ( I use a countertop mixer). I add a dash of cinnamon. Bake for 13 minutes at 300. Take out and use a spatula to turn over, put back in oven for about 10 more minutes. I baked on parchment paper sprayed with cooking spray – little/no sticking.

It was super easy, and super tasty! I doubled the coating recipe, then baked them at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Took them out of the oven and stirred them around, sprinkled cinnamon and sugar on them and put them back in the oven and baked them until they absorbed the brown sugar. About 15 to 20 minutes.

Added extra brown sugar , and cinnamon…. put on sheet sprinkled more sugar along with little more cinnamon and ground cloves , 15-20 at 275 needs to be in longer but FAB !!

After reading the reviews, I doubled the the coating, added a bunch of cinnamon, upped the temperature to 300, and kept the nuts in the oven for 15 minutes each batch. It worked perfectly! Wound up eating an entire batch (with help from those surrounding me) while waiting for the next batch to finish!

made these this evening, very good, I did add cinnamon and upped the brown sugar to 3/4 cup, other than that no changes. Will definitely make again.

Great recipes. I used almonds instead of pecans and it turned out great. I also was in a hurry so turned up the temp in the oven to 275 and was able to decrease cooking time to 40 minutes. Easy recipe and it went over well for New Years. Everyone raved about them and they were almost gone by the end of the night. Thank you!

Ok these were very good but to make them great double all ingredients except egg whites. Beat the eggs until stiff peaks. Use Reynolds release foil and nothing will stick. I added some cinnamon and a drizzle of honey.

This is an excellent and quick recipe. As several other reviewers suggested, I used half brown and half white sugar. I alsoI used parchment paper and eliminated any mess. Mine only took 45 minutes – you really have to watch and taste!! The pecans were delicious. Thanks for the recipe. Will definitely make again.

I make them every year for Christmas, give some as part of gift baskets, and have had them in a Christmas sale for charity. Everyone loves them, and they are simple to make. Update: I should have included a couple of comments. First, I always add about 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, and up the vanilla to at least 1/2 teaspoon, sometimes a full teaspoon. Depending on the size of the egg, I use three to four cups of pecans, bake in a 325 oven, usually about 15 minutes. I do stir the pecans during the baking time. They are wonderful, are always gobbled up quickly.

Double the coating mixture and add cinnamon. when out of the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar. So delicious!!

These are my go-to Christmas gift treats. Use non-stick foil instead of wax paper, no problem removing.
