I think this recipe is much sweeter then the typical deviled egg recipe, but I didn’t mind it at all & enjoyed the chunks of bread & butter pickles in it. I would make them again for a different take on deviled eggs.

Weirdly runny and not great flavor.

These were pretty good but a little sweeter than we like for a deviled egg.

These were tasty. The pickles added a mildly sweet flavor that we liked. One thing to note, this may be obvious, but I’m pretty sure the sliced pickles were meant to be diced in preparation for the mixing process. I had to fish them out of the yolk mixture to cut them once I realized.

These were OK. I didn’t like the honey mustard and would use plain yellow if I made them again. I wasn’t a big fan of these pickles in them either. I had to add some salt. They were just too sweet for me.

9.7.21 I had to substitute gherkins for the bread and butter pickles, but they’re both sweet, so I don’t think it was a big deal. My husband is a bit of a traditionalist when it comes to deviled eggs, but he really liked these. Admittedly, I had my doubts about the honey mustard, but it really differentiated this recipe from other deviled egg recipes. Delicious!

These deviled eggs were very simple to make and had a nice flavor. I really liked the addition of the chopped pickles. It gave them a nice sweet and tangy bite! I wasn’t so crazy about the addition of the honey mustard, but, that is just my personal preference. I would probably just add a little yellow mustard instead next time.
