Ingredients

  1. 8 (4 inch) skewers
  2. 24 leaves fresh basil
  3. 8 blackberries
  4. 8 small fresh mozzarella balls
  5. 8 dried apricots
  6. ½ tablespoon balsamic glaze, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Assemble skewers in this order: basil leaf, blackberry, basil leaf, mozzarella ball, basil leaf, and a dried apricot.
  2. Drizzle skewers with balsamic glaze and serve.
  3. Fold basil leaves in half if large.
