Reviews
i did modify the recipe by using Greek rather than Italian seasoning because I prefer it. I didn’t have spaghetti sauce so I use the remainder of tomato sauce combined with a searfood lemon dip (1/2T each butter and cornstarch, 1/3 c water, 1/2 c lemon – the cornstarch keeps any leftover from separating-and salt and pepper to taste) That made a tangy tomato sauce that went well with the patties. I topped with grated mozarella cheese and melted it for additional decoration.
easy and tasty
