Baked Buffalo Dip with Canned Chicken

  4.5 – 2 reviews

The party’s biggest hit, without a doubt, will be this! This snack is incredibly simple to create and tastes exactly like the jalapeno poppers you wish you could make for yourself! Not eating the entire meal by yourself is the hardest part of it! Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or cut sourdough baguettes.

  2. 1 ½ (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

  5. ¾ (8 ounce) bottle ranch dressing

  2. Mix chicken chunks, cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, Buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing together until well combined. Transfer to a baking dish.

Really good and really easy! Per the other review, I decided to do the Buffalo and ranch sauces to taste and it worked really well.

This tastes alright. I think I would cut back on the Buffalo sauce next time. Also, I shredded the chicken, and I would leave it in more chunks. I used a paper towel to soak up a lot of the grease floating on top.
