- ½ cup brown sugar

- Beat softened butter, honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract together in a mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, until butter mixture is fluffy, 2 to 3 minutes.

It was a rich and fluffy spread that my grandparents loved. They said it was just a bit sweet but I think if I use it on a blander bread it will be okay. Wonderful, wonderful recipe!
