I was quite impressed by this meal when I tried it at a church dinner. It tasted great when served with either rice or potatoes and kept its heat well.

Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 10 mins
Total Time: 15 mins
Servings: 2

Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  2. 1 lemon, juiced
  3. 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  4. ¼ teaspoon paprika
  5. ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  6. 12 ounces uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  7. 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios
  3. Combine oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl. Add shrimp and toss to coat.
  4. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios
  5. Cook shrimp in the preheated air fryer until they are bright pink on the outside and the meat is opaque, about 6 to 8 minutes. Serve with lemon slices.

This was okay. Didn’t have too much flavor and kind of dry, but love shrimp no matter what you do with them. Most likely won’t do this again.

Simple, quick and delicious. Made as written. Used Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning for no sodium added. Also, made 16 oz, they disappeared quickly. I cooked at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes.

I made no changes and it turned out to be excellent.

Not much taste. Too many good shrimp recipes out there. This is not a keeper

Not much flavor – in part because the “marinade” didn’t really stick to the shrimp. I think I would have been better sprinkling the lemon pepper just before tossing into the Air Fryer. Or use only half a lemon juiced? Maybe I would have been better off sautéing either the sauce in a hot pan vs Air Fryer? I wanted to like but hardly had flavor. Thanks anyways!

I followed recipe but instead of air fryer i skewered and grilled the shrimp. A fantastic recipe that will remain in my favorites list.

So easy to throw together and totally delicious. I cooked it for the minimum 6 minutes but found it a bit dry so next time will cook for only 5 minutes. I’d also like to try to marinate it in that coating for a bit before cooking.

Easy and delicious. Can’t go wrong. Needed more!!

Followed the recipe as written, everything was good but cooking time was WAAAAAY off. Used jumbo shrimp, marinated them for about half an hour. Cooked at 390 (as high as my air fryer goes) for 4 minutes, intending to flip them. They were done! Would have been inedible at 6-8 min. Will do these again, with timing in mind.

I love shrimp but have had a tough time finding a flavorful recipe. I substituted smoked paprika for regular paprika and now I have my new go to!

Very tasty! I will try again with some jumbo shrimp though

My family likes spiciness so I added 1/4 teaspoon of black and red

I am not a fan of lemon pepper flavored things, but this was amazing! My whole family loved this, including my super picky 11 year old. The only change I made was not serving extra lemon slices with it and I had to add an extra minute to the cooking time. I will make this again!

We really liked this one. I substituted 1/4 C concentrated lemon juice for fresh. Cooked in my air fryer. Served with coconut jasmine rice and yellow summer squash casserole. Delicious!

DH & I both give it 5 stars!

Sooo good! I added minced garlic and spray my shrimp with avocado oil before cooking. 6 minutes maximum time needed!
