2-Ingredient Fruit Dip

  4.8 – 145 reviews  • Fruit Dip

One of the most popular appetizers I am aware of is this fruit dip. Fruit always vanishes first, especially when this dip is presented. complements cantaloupe, pineapple, strawberries, and honeydew melon particularly nicely.

This was amazing. I added some cinnamon and it was even better. I paired it with apples, strawberries, and pretzels.

This is the awesome recipe a co-worker made, but at home I had to do a little substitution: [16 large marshmallows melted with 2T corn syrup added to 8 oz cream cheese.]

I made this for Super Bowl as a light dessert it was a hit! I followed the prior reviews by doing 1 marshmallow jar and adding a little maraschino cherry juice! Very good!!!

I add 1/2 teaspoon ginger and thr grated rind of a navel orange. Got recipe from Drexler Family cook book. Love it with strawberries.

I only added 1 jar of marshmallow cream and it was perfect.

This is a really good recipe, but it is VERY sweet I went with some of the other reviews and did half the creme. Next time I would add some lemon juice to give it a bit of a citrus flavor.
Gregory Keller
I do it with one cream cheese and one marshmallow crème and its perfect 🙂

I used only 1 jar marshmallow and added maraschino cherry juice. One of the best dips to get my family to eat a bunch of fresh fruit.

This is so easy to make and super yummy! Could easily add a little dry jello for a fruity flavor and color, but it’s great just like this too. My family loves it!

To add pizzaz I also include a little amaretto or frangelica when making for an adult audience. It’s heavenly.

this is excellent. I had left overs. I sliced the strawberries added them to the dip and put it in a baked pie shell. best pie ever!!

I LOVE this. The first time I made it, I accidentally used a 1:1 ratio and found the cream cheese flavor too strong, and had to add confectioners sugar until it was sweet enough, but the second time I got it right and it’s amazing. Sweet, creamy, and perfect with fresh, local strawberries.

A little intense taste and texture as is, so as many others suggested, i added an 8 oz container to Cool Whip.

I’ve been making this dip for years with just one adjustment. Once you’re done mixing the marshmallow and softened cream cheese, fold in one regular sized container of Cool Whip. It takes this fabulous dip to the next level!

We have been making this for years, my cousin first introduced us one Summer. However I add either a squeeze of lemon juice or a tsp of almond extract, and only use one jar marshmallow cream. And for us we traditionally serve with strawberries, bananas and Oreo cookies. Enjoy there are never left overs.

This recipe is also good to spread on a sliced cresant and layer with strawberries to make breakfast sandwiches.

Love this dip, we have been making it for years. I mix in 2-3 strawberries to give it a wonderful color.

The Best!

Fantastic and the only fruit dip we use!

Excellent. I followed other reviewers and doubled the amount of cream cheese then added a splash of lemon juice. So good.
