Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon cracked pepper
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, rosemary, chives, sesame seeds, baking powder, salt and pepper. Stir in 1/2 cup water and the olive oil to form a dough.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth; halve the dough. Roll out until very thin (1/16 inch) and cut into rectangles or squares. Bake on parchment-lined baking sheets at 400 degrees F until golden, 12 to 15 minutes. Let cool.
