Ingredients

  1. 1 pound ono, cubed
  2. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  3. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  4. 2 limes, juiced
  5. 2 Hawaiian chile pepper, minced
  6. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  7. 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  8. 1 tablespoon green onion
  9. 1/2 cup chopped ogo

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix ono with salt and olive oil then add the remaining ingredients. Serve cold.

My friend gave me some wahoo that he speared and I was looking up some recipes. Decided to try a poke because I had heard it is good raw. This recipe turned out great with a nice kick from the peppers.
