Ingredients
- 3 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Sift flour 3 times together with the baking powder, salt, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Beat the eggs, add the milk, and pour slowly into the dry ingredients. Beat thoroughly and add butter. Drop by spoonfuls onto a lightly greased hot griddle. When puffed full of bubbles and cooked on edges, turn and cook on the other side.

yup…basically a cinnamon pancake. they weren’t bad, but i wouldn’t make them again. my regular pancake recipe is just way better that if i wanted cinnamon pancakes i would just adjust mine.
Basically it’s just pancakes with cinnamon, but really, that cinnamon adds some great flavor. Try this with a pure maple syrup instead of sugar and water based ones. The leftovers are great frozen and then toasted with some butter and a little cinnamon and sugar like toast.
