Ingredients
- 1/4 cup light honey (alfalfa or any wildflower honey will do nicely)
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Place honey in a heavy stainless steel bowl and place over low heat for just a few seconds to “loosen” it up a bit. Remove from the heat and whisk in the sour cream. Serve over anything, from pound cake to fruit. It’s darned near universal.
- Note: These amounts can be adjusted to your personal taste.

I really enjoy the sweet taste over strawberries, YUM! Thank you
Best dressing over fruit – doesn’t ruin the health benefit like some. Maybe good over the orange cake that’s part of this episode. Hmmm … got to try that.
Wonderfully useful for anything from ice cream to pound cake to biscuits. If you ever serve tea, this should be part of your spread. I love to use it to top fruit and oats for a quick breakfast.
