Reviews
I made this a couple of days ago, we found it way too rich and a waste of expensive halibut cheeks (over $20 a pound) and crab ($15 a pound). I even used reduced fat cream cheese. Next time I will make the Marinated Halibut Cheeks recipe: http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/recipes/recipe/0,,FOOD_9936_15170,00.html

These were so delicious. I had leftovers that I added to pasta the next night for a fabulous twist on the meal.
First time I cooked fish and my boyfriend actually liked it. Great recipe!
I modified the recipe to fit the amount of halibut cheeks I had, but this recipe tasted gourmet. This will definately be made again and again and will go into my ‘company coming’ repetoire.
