A few months ago I tried this recipe, it is so easy and so delicious. Its the only way I have been preparing mushrooms since I tried it. I use it mostly with baby bella mushrooms as I don’t have access to wild mushrooms as a general rule. Really easy and delicious way to prepare mushrooms. Try it you’ll love it.
