Ingredients
- 2 cups Boston Bibb lettuce
- 2 cups radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon aged red-wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
Instructions
- Divide Bibb lettuce leaves between 4 salad plates. Cover with thinly-sliced radishes, drizzle with olive oil and aged red wine vinegar, and sprinkle with blue cheese.

A good and simple salad with visual and taste pizaz!
I’ve made this type of salad before. Like the other guy, it shouldnt’ve made air time lol.
Pretty basic salad to get air time! Not that big of a deal. Sorry, but I have not been that impressed with the meals I have tried from your show. Bland flavor, incorrect cook times.
