Ingredients

  1. 1 pound sour cream
  2. 1 cup half-and-half
  3. 1 2/3 cups sugar
  4. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine sour cream and half-and-half. Whisk in the sugar and add in the lemon juice. Whisk to combine well and process in an ice cream machine.

Can I sub a dried habanero with adobo,? How much on that. I usually put chopped jalapenos in my brownies…may serve this over a brownie.

very easy and very quick. It’s better as an accent to fresh berries, too sweet and sour-creamy to have it alone. Would be good over a bowl of fresh berries and scoop of whip cream.
