Ingredients

  1. 1 1/4 pound sushi-grade yellowfin tuna, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
  2. 1/4 cup yellow onion, minced
  3. 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
  4. 3 tablespoons chopped limu kohu* see note
  5. 1 tablespoon Hawaiian salt
  6. 1 tablespoon Inamona *see note
  7. 2 teaspoons sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Note: limu kohu is a soft reddish brown seaweed and roasted, ground, and salted kukui nuts
  2. Combine all ingredients and mix well and chill.
