Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pound sushi-grade yellowfin tuna, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup yellow onion, minced
- 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
- 3 tablespoons chopped limu kohu* see note
- 1 tablespoon Hawaiian salt
- 1 tablespoon Inamona *see note
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
Instructions
- Note: limu kohu is a soft reddish brown seaweed and roasted, ground, and salted kukui nuts
- Combine all ingredients and mix well and chill.
