Reviews
Amazing and wonderful! Love to Ina for making the good life so accessible to everyone.
Best mulled wine I’ve ever had! Not too sweet, not too dry, not too acidic. Just a perfect sip!
We all really enjoyed this!
I enjoy it for everyday cooking and for the holidays!
I’ve been using this recipe to make mulled wine for the past three years and it’s always a hit!
GZ on the food network says to add in your OJ at the last minute or ride the sugars develop and it’ll taste more like jam than bright juice. So I just added some orange slices in last 5 minutes and the juice last second. In So Cal we are completely wiped out of star anise, so I added another cinnamon stick and more cloves. Did 2.5 cider and a bit less honey than what it calls for. So it still tastes like wine, but no bitterness.
Had a few book friends over for a socially distanced bonfire (it was COLD!) and this was a hit! I just poured through a strainer to capture the bits… DELISH!
So good and perfect for a party on a cold winter night!
This was okay, but I prefer my mulled wine with more wine and less cider.
Delicious!
