Reviews
Very good, but the typo needs to be fixed! 1 1/2 POUNDS of butter would be 6 sticks – NO WAY! I used 2 and it was MORE than enough. Everyone really liked them, though, even non-sweet-potato-eaters.
I made this dish over the holidays, I loved it
Yay! My kids ate sweet potatoes! I am the only person in my family who likes sweet potatoes, but my kids at least tried them and my dad gave his approval! We like our mashed potatoes ‘rustic’, so I just mashed them instead of whipping them. I only made half a recipe and I didn’t put quite as much butter in, but these are really good!
