Ingredients
- Deselect All
- 1 1/2 ounces lavender syrup, recipe follows
- 4 ounces dry sparkling wine, such as a cava or Prosecco
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon dried lavender buds
Instructions
- Pour the syrup into a champagne glass. Add the sparkling wine. Serve.
- Place the water, sugar, and lavender in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer, partially covered, for 15 minutes. Strain and cool. Cover and refrigerate for up to a week.
