Ingredients

  1. 1 (10-ounce) boned Rainbow trout fillet
  2. 1 teaspoon salt
  3. 3/4 teaspoon celery salt
  4. 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  5. 1/2 cup white flour
  6. 3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
  7. Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the above ingredients (except the trout). Press mixture into both sides of the trout. Pan fry in one half to three fourths of an inch of pure vegetable oil, heated to 375 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.

I am so tired to seeing Guy with his “triple D”.  He stops in all over the place, takes huge mouthfuls of the specialty, juice and mayo, etc., running all over his chin, then it’s off to the next one!!!  PLEASE, PLEASE could Food Network find some good cooking shows – I turn to another channel when Guy comes on!!!
