Hot Crab Salad

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup crushed butter crackers
  2. 2 cups Alaskan king crabmeat, cut into bite-sized pieces
  3. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  4. 2 scallions, finely sliced
  5. 1 stalk celery, finely diced
  6. 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire
  7. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  8. Hot sauce, to taste
  9. 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  10. Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all the ingredients, except the crackers, and place in 4 individual ramekins or 1 large gratin dish. Top evenly with crushed butter crackers. Bake in oven for 20 – 25 minutes, until heated through.
