I made this to go with the braised shortribs in Tyler’s French Bistro meal, and it was incredible! It went so well with the shortribs! I plan on using this with a variety of other meats and dishes. So easy to make, and so good!

Another great way to use sour cream. Easy as can be and wonderful with anything I have dipped in it or topped with it so far: crudites, potato chips, baked potato, veggie burger, veggie chik nuggets (since it is good with those I imagine it would be dandy with real meat and chicken, too). Thanks, Tyler! Now can you please come out with a version that skips the calories?

Add a single splash of Worchestershire sauce, it adds a little extra something. I always serve this with grilled tri-tip. Yum.
