I drink this tea 3 times a week very good
Really good basic recipe to play with your tastes on. Hubby likes as is but a bit more honey. We both drink first cup hot and toss rest in fridge to make iced ginger tea. It helps his stomach a lot! Ginger was recommended by his doctor.
Good stuff
Good. So good. I am not a huge fan of ginger so i only did half the ginger so it was a subtle ginger flavor. I also used green tea instead of chamomile as green tea has more antioxidant healing qualities. Overall, soothing and helping with my cough. Will make more.
This is the only tea I want when I have a soar throat or a cold it really helps get all that stuff out of your nose and throat. It is so delicious I would drink it anytime
Drinking this now to help soothe a sore throat. Added the juice of 1-1/2 lemons and rinds to tea. Could have used more ginger, added a thumb sized piece, since can’t really taste the ginger. Overall very good.
Wonderful tea. Makes a good healthy tea with great flavor and easy to make. Simple recipe.
I very rarely get sick but am having all of the symptoms of a bad cold. I made this tea and my throat feels so much better. I can’t taste much but the ginger has a kick to it. I had no honey so I used a little natural raw sugar. I have more and it is soothing.
I’ve been sick with a nasty cough for the past three days so I decided to make myself a batch of this tea. I used Celestial Seasoning Lemon Zinger Tea and followed the rest of the recipe. It tastes really good and is very soothing and I just know that it is good for me. I have enough in a pitcher in the fridge to warm up a cup when I need it. I like it alot although I could use a bit more ginger for my taste. Not quite as good as having my Mom here but it helps!
Never again will I attempt to make the Ginger Honey Tea. I tried making it twice for my sick mother, but it was disgusting.
